well fellas day two...had rotator cuff surgery yesterday.
got a nerve block so felt ok untill about 10pm then...DAmm
this MFer is hurten. The doc had to lay me open put some little screws into the bone so he had somthing to sew the torn muscle to !!!
I know a lot of you have shoulder issues............
The moral is get it checked out and do the therpy b-4 it gets to this point!!!!
