Would you take this as a scammer??

OK so lets say my buddy sends a guy money for an order. He tells him its going out, gives him a tracking # but it is bogus. But hey he still believes in the guy. His donkey actually took off with all the shit. OK so maybe it did happen, still believing in the guy he waits patiently to get his stuff. The guy says he won't have it. He has other stuff now. Now something happens to my friend and he really needs the money. So is asking for the money back and even giving the guy 2-3 hundred for his troubles knowing it wasn't his fault. Now if the guy says no, then should it be considered a scam in a way?

the tracking system suck for usps. I had packages said never on computer recieved with delivery confirmation?

Is he not answering e-mails be patient before calling a scammer and do source checks (w/mods) before hand bro!

Most scammer will not answer e-mails after scammed, if he is hes working w/ya.

cut your losses and move on, just make sure it is a legit source thogh, maybe the story is true, things do come up, sources do have lives too....check with a mod, or even check the scammer lists

My friend is patiently waiting for his reply. The guy is having trouble but something came up and he doesn't want to wait anymore. Its been almost 3 weeks now and actually never got clear info on actually what happened. This happened to a few people with the bogus #'s. If they were sent 2 and a 1/2 weeks ago priority, then my bet is they aren't coming.

You really need to be careful when dealing with donkeys. I have never fealt comfortable being around donkeys, especially when there are more than one of them.
Once when I was in Tijuana, I saw some undercover donkeys on almost every street corner on the main Blvd. Me being a smart man, knew that they were undercover since they were all in disguise as zebras.
