last week the hot office girl tells me someone has a crush on me... now, i work with kids and the little girls love me (everyone should love me)... so i say "ok".. i dont care, right...

well, she brings it up again this week and asks me if i figured it out yet... "no" i say....

she continues to go through the adults at the building, she says "its not me" (DAMNIT!!!)... anyway, she leaves one out.. so i say "A"? and she says yes...

ok, i've got a super crush on this chick... despite her not being my "type" at all... she's loud and goofy with the kids, extremely fun to be around... she's 5'11, and very thin.. not like olive oil, but very thin... and i wasnt all that sure of her body until last week when she had on a simple t-shirt and jeans... god damn, i liked what i saw... but i'm having a hard time picturing gettin' down with her... but i want to try anyway...

i MIGHT become her boss very soon, but it's not looking like it so much right now...

am i allowed to pursue it? and if so, how do i approach the subject? do i simply tell her i'm aware of her crush on me and see what she says, or what? she's 23...

i'm intersted, but it could be BAD if things go poorly.

NO.

Really seriously, no, if it's good it could be great but if it's bad you may find yourself single AND out of a job.

i dated a girl from work... then again it was a summer job and i went off to university lol

im a firm believer of giving it a try. I would rather give it a try and fail miserably than live my life wondering "what if...?"

yes but i was 17 and worked at a snack joint so i dont think that counts but of course i would do it again

i also have a date saturday with some chicky.... so now i'm considering cancelling that.... timing sucks.

Might as well make it an all nighter since YOUR SORRY ASS TEAM got their DICKS KICKED IN THE DIRT.

I'VE NVR DATED SOMEONE I'VE WORKED WITH, BUT I'VE WORKED WITH SOMEONE I'VE DATED.

I have and I wouldn't again but that's me. Plus she was 18 which didn't help. But she was legal, very cute and throwing herself at me for weeks. Hey I'm just a man.

I have, and I would say go for it. Just try to keep things professional at work...and you should be fine. Granted, there is always that risk of things not working out, but if you don't try, you will never know.

yes by all means...

but in this day and age
you must CYA...

get and keep some affectionate
notes that she writes to you...

tape some affectionate chit-chat...

not for anything improper, but just
in case she turns out to be a psycho
and decides to make some wild allegations...

when she lies and states that you and
her were never dating or having any
sort of romantic interest in one another
then...you can nail her lying ass...:D

im here to help...:D

Why would you do that? This makes no sense to me. You already have a date and I am assuming that you wanted to go out w/that person BEFORE you found out this other girl is interested in you.

As for dating the co-worker. 23 might be a little young for her to handle things in the work environment if it heads south.

My advice? Agree to GET TO KNOW the co-worker - STRICTLY AS FRIENDS. No sexual contact - no kissing - no hugging NOTHING. Tell her straight up that you are in no hurry for anything to happen and that you prefer to get to know people purely as friends before going any further AND MEAN IT.

This way all the pressure is removed from the impending "date". You can be more at ease because you don't have to worry about hiding your flaws, which we all tend to do whether we like to admit it or not. You should be able to surmize relatively quickly as she discusses past relationships, etc whether or not she is mature enough to handle such a dating relationship.

As for me. I would have ZERO difficulty with such a situation. But I would pursue it the way that I just described. It is amazing what can be found out from a person by the way they describe past relationships.

Given your predilection for hystrionics during football games If I were you I would either a) date her but never, ever, ever let her see you watch football b) cover yourself in green and sliver paint and run around the school beating yourself over the head yelling "I am the pretty lady. I am the whipping boy."

wodin.. since the season is fucking done i wont have to worry about that bullshit for 6 more fucking months... fucker.

I dated a girl at work, and I was her boss.
I was pimpin that ho out and I decided to hit it.

The End.

i've dated a girl i worked with and its a nightmare. As soon as you loose interest or you want to date someone else, maybe another co-worker, your in big trouble. DONT DO IT. not worth the headache.

Yep, I dated a girl who worked in the same office as I did. It was uncomfortable at first because there was some bad vibes about dating co-workers at that company. But, eventually all the gossipers spread the news and everyone knew. We got married about 1 1/2 years later and still are for thirteen years!

hmmm, confusion...

on one hand i know she'll be out of there in a year or so.... on the other, i'd have to deal with it in the mean time...

fun times.

DUDE, IF YOU LIKE THE CHICK, AND SHE LIKES YOU, DATE HER. SIMPLE AS THAT. JUST DONT TREAT HER IN A WAY THAT WILL MAKE HER HATE YOU IF IT DOESNT WORK OUT.

DONT LISTEN TO ANYONE ON HERE.....DO WHAT IS IN YOUR HEAD/HEART. YOU NVR KNOW, THIS CHICK COULD TURN OUT TO BE YOUR WIFE. YOU CANT WIN THE LOTTERY IF YOU NVR BUY A TICKET.
