Would you kill a man if...

A friend of mine said he knew a guy who was sellin "protien powder" real cheap. So i loaned my friend $350 to buy it, and my friend took my money, and went with this guy. this guy put a gun to my friends head, and through him out of the car on the side of the road, out on the highway.
Now me and my boys know where he lives, along with his friend who was driving the car. they both live only miles from me. i called him up, and told the bitch to give me my money, and he said im not gettin it.
So now my options are to go to the kids house, with my boys, and beat the fuker up and rob him, witch could get us in trouble, or someone killed. Or just forget about it, even though $350 is a ton of money to me.
anyone have any other ideas how to get the money out of him, shit, he's only 17.

On the other hand, if your boy starts getting real big real soon, I'd start rethinking his gun story.

Right now it would be advisable to swallow your pride and wait a couple of months.

Then kill him. Seriously.

Don't be stupid about it though, use this time to plan it out properly. Don't yap about it to others.

think here.....you go beat the dudes ass, than you're going to be looking over your back wondering when they're going to be coming for you. If you go after the guy, you're going to have to make it permanent if you don't want him coming back at you. If I was in your shoes I'd just call the guy in as a dealer.......by calling him and bitching for your money back, people are going to know who it was when something happens to him. If you have to beat his ass, just remember to do so smartly...........meaning you'd better be wearing a mask, leave no evidence, and have a damn good alibi set up.
 
Learn everything you possibly can about his whereabouts at certain times of day. When he is alone, things like this. When he is unarmed is what I'm saying. All you need is a very common weapon. Such as a baseball bat. To keep him from coming back, break his knee caps with the bat, string him up in his back yard or somewhere where there is something that can support his body weight, give him a stool to stand on until someone finds him. All the while wear a mask, gloves, large, build concealing clothes such as trench coat, things like this.

see the whole fukin world knows he robbed me. the guys own friends are somewhat mine also, and they have called him askin him what the fuk. all he says is he had bills to pay. now everyone wants to know what im gonna do. me and my friends could easily pulberize the fuker, but then what. i want my damm money. an hour ago, i was loadin up my clips, ready to and get my self in some serious trouble, but now ive calmed down, and am tryin to come up with a plan for me and my troops.

Hell ya jail is worth it. I've been once for free..sort of free not including bail.

Here's what you do.....find someone else to buy some protein supplements off the guy....and set his ass up.

Then when you see him around....you walk up to him and kick him right in the kneecap. Drive his kneecap backwards and yell "THE KNEE ONLY BENDS ONE-WAY ASSHOLE".

I'm all for a punch in the adams' apple...a kick in the eye socket...maybe even a baseball bat across the clavicle.

If that doesn't work...possession of a firearm in a house that also has scheduled drugs is a mandatory sentence in most States. Have Bubba lube him for 18 months.

Here's how you deal with this punk... invite him over for a beer... act really friendly, go out with him, hang out with him for a few weeks... when he really trusts you ... hit him in the head with a crobar and take all he has...

What about calling the police? Or FBI? The fact that they had a gun to your buddies head and forcibly took him on a drive is kidnapping.

You don't have to tell everything like what the money was for. If they ask, just lie. I would pursue that angle before I would put my ass in jeapardy.
 
Ok, you have some options here...... like everyone else has put up.


(keep in mind, if you were in jail... you [or your friend] would HAVE to kill him, or get killed yourself)

1. Now, 350 is not that big of deal to risk your freedom over... so you could just keep away from the dude and forget about it. There would be no recourse legally.

2. You could report this to the cops. This was a serious offense and he'll probably get some minor time for it. The problem is that you'll have to explain what the money was for. Another problem is that he'll probably want to get revenge on you... if he pulled a gun once, he may use it next time.

3. You could beat his ass. I don't recommend this because he'll definately want revenge and he'll probably use the gun if he knows you can beat his ass again. OR he may have YOU arrested for battery and/or sue you for damages/pain.

4. You could take Satanic Goatslayer's advice.


........ My opinion..... go with #1, but if you must risk changing you life forever (and his) go with #4........

But I suggest you DON'T go with #3! Too much risk.

$350 is garbage. Call the cops and tell them he's selling "protein" and laugh at him.

i agree, this guy needs a SERIOUS ass beating. But it's also these pieces of shit who will blow your fucking head off and not think twice about it. Two dumbasses from my high school were listening to their rap music a bit too loud and decided to stab a gas station attendant to death for 40 bucks. Just rich ass white boys thinking they are 'straight up thugs' fuck these people. since when is it cool to be a piece of shit low life.
 
my opinion

i would just let it go. 350 is not alot when you take into account all the consecounses that come with taking someones life. your consions, jail time, not to mention your judgment day. let the good big G up in the sky take care of his mistake. if you let it go, you will be payed back one way or another. meaning you may find and extra 350 dollars laying somewhere or some one may do you a favor one day. it all comes back around to you in one way or another. take for instance, i own my own buisness. one day i was purchasing somethings at wallmart. when i got back in my vehicle i noticed that the cashier forgot to charge me for a $50 dollar item. i went back in and payed for it, and she was greatful. 2 days later i forgot to put a $300 dollar item on one of my customers bill, which was someone i never met before. he came back to me and payed me for the item 3 days later. i never even noticed that i forgot to put it on the invoice and would have probably never noticed myself. have good energy in yourself and let the bad stay with those who are going to get their paybacks later on. it will come back to this guy, in one way or another. who knows, he may show up dead tomorrow and if you are making threats, you will be the first person they will be looking for. make the right decision on this,, it will haunt you for the rest of your life. i know. from experience. if you know what i mean.
