When you see someone trying to lift weights (wathever exercices) with a terrible form, do you tell him/her he/she is doing it wrong and show him/her the proper form or just keep focused on your training ?

I usually don't say a word, just watch and smile or shake my head. Unless what they are doing is pretty dangerous. I saw a dude the other day on the preacher curl bench with like 25's on each side and every time he was on the eccentric, his ass came off the seat by about 8 inches. Since I've seen dudes get a hernia and mess up their shoulders doing that exact thing, I told him that if he can't do it without coming out of his seat, he probably needed to lower the weight.

depends. if they look like a total noobie (ie looking at people around them and copying them) then ill strike up a convo and suss out if they could use a bit of a hand.

if they look like dicks ill leave them to it though

If they're not likely to hurt themselves, I normally don't say anything. However, on squats, deads and dips, I'll let them know if their technique is incorrect or they're not doing full range of motion. I've been told to fuck off a couple of times, but I've been thanked many more.
