would you bulk or cut or gone before going into military training?

cos what i was thinking was...
if i bulked and then went into military training i would lose everything because when you bulk ur metabolism raises becos of u eating so much and then suddenly going into only 3 meals a day youd lose everything..
but if i cut my calories are gonna be alot less so my metabolism will be slower and then when military training starts i would be use to the low calories, hence from the 3 meals

does that make sense? or am i wrong?
or maybe i should just bulk

i was gonna do one cos i got all this protein powder i got left over and wanna use

jesus 2 won't like next summer 'cause of this. if anything, get into some decent cardio shape (e.g. RUNNING! :bawling: ) while still trying to bulk. jesus 2 will do this unless he find reason to do otherwise.
 
but im saying should i now start gradually lowering my calories (doing a good cutting diet so i keep as much muscle as possible).. so my metabolism gets slower so when military training starts my body will be use to the low calories and i will not lose as much muscle

cos if i go straight into only 3 meals a day which will be like 1000 calories... straight from bulking... 3500 calories.. all the gains will be gone in a matter of weeks
 
i bulked before this summer,that way you have some extra fat to burn going in and you dont lose as much muscle

Its preferable to have average bf% and have high endurance.
There are no benifits to being too lean or bulked both are a hinderance in a high stress enviroment.
