Would water retention and Bloat be considered different or the same thing?

When I say I feel bloated I usually mean like my stomach feels extended or maxed out. That would be different then water retention correct? So what would you take for bloat as compared to water retention? I am taking AIFM and feel pretty dry with no water retention but I still get major bloat feelings after I eat. What can you take for this? I hate the feeling of having my stomach feel totally extended even when I eat little meals.

Things that retain more water are considered bloated... so yeah, same thing for the most part. But what your describing i wouldnt think is water retention... i would think its from the food/gasses taking up extra space after you eat, but you say it does it even after small meals... so im not sure what you would take for that... maybe something to reduce gas?

Did some checking, can also be caused by a lack of fiber in your diet, or constipation... but im sure you'd know if you were constipated =P Another thing that can contribute to extra gasses in the stomach are artificial sweetners, like sorbitol, mannitol, and maltitol.

As Sgt. said, can also be a food alergy, keep an eye on what you eat, and see if its worse with certain foods, or types of foods. One thing that can help the digestive track with bloating is chamomile or peppermint tea.

I would say they are the same thing not to go feminin!! but I know when girl hs wter retention they alwys say they are " bloated"

If you are taking Dbol, Anadrol, or high dosed test then this will normally happen. It kind of has to be expected when taking these compounds.

What AAS are you taking?
