Here is a diet plan that I think should be worth trying :

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday :
moderate protein, low carbs, low fat + just cardio

Friday, Saturday, Sunday :
high carbs, high protein, moderate fat + cardio and weights

I just want to starve the body of glycogen, burn a little bit of fat in the beginning of the week,
and increase both carbs and protein at the end of the week while working out.

OK, OK, it's saturday and it's getting a little bit cold outside
:nighty: but....

you really have no opinion on this post ? :bawling:

OK Thanks

Anthrax...

If you can, do your cardio am. If not, post w/out is good.

Agree with the others, one day carb up is enough if you are trying keto.

The Anabolic diet goes for two days, but I found that any more than one (and you need to be careful on carb up day with what you eat and how much) undid the good work.

One other thing... You need to eat a lot of fat if you are doing this.
That means a lot of fat, mod protein and low/no carbs.
From what I know, your body can (not effectively) use protein to fuel you. You want to be a fat burner if you do Keto...Eat Fat, get lean.

Sounds crazy - but works a treat.

Good Luck
