i was wondering if this would be okay

i'm thinkin of going on a 2 week ISO-PRO protein diet

drinking 7 shakes a day with flax seed oil one chicken and rice meal after workout and throw in a can of tuna somewhere in the mix for added protein

i'm trying to lean up

a couple of guys at the gym said if i did this diet it would fuck my stomach up

you guys thing maybe i should throw in a shit load of veggies with this?

well if you're trying to lean up, you can eat what you wrote but only if you keep the calories under maintenance. I don;t know what your personal level is, but the average is 12x your weight in cals. I go 12x my lbm however for myself, I have a slow metabolism so it seems to be more accurate for me.

as for fux021n6 your stomach up, i think they mean that youd be farting your face off. I'd throw in some metamucil or some kind of fibre cause I don;t see any in there.
 
Dont use shakes, use real food. With real food you get the TEF which burns calories and the insulin spike wont be as big as it will be if you constantly eat whey all day.

You will lose weight, much of which will be muscle. If you insist on doing it, fine. But be ready for a rather expensive nutrition lesson.
