hey fellas, gettin ready to start my upcoming cycle 500mg/week sust250 and 400mg/week Eq. plenty of nolva on hand, think im a little prone from the teenage years so just want to be careful. my question is, would it be a waste to take maybe 10-20mg nolva a day throughout the cycle just as preventative maintenence, or should i just keep standing by for PCT/if the nips get itchy? i want to have enough on hand in case the REAL shit starts, but i am also wondering if 10 mgs ED would stop it before it starts. any info is much appreciated bros. thanx

IMO i would wait until you see any sides (if any) then run 40mg for the first couple of days, and a maintenance of 10-20/d after. just monitor closely to catch it at the first sign. this will save you from wasting your nolva
