I have been working out and using gear on an off for 8 years. I have made some nice gains in weight loss and in muscle gain. but I am going to start all over. this site has helped me for years. I have been a member on an off for the last 6-7 years. so I thank you for all of the good advice i have received in the past. this is why I am coming to you again. What I want to do now is start fresh by gathering as much real info as I can. I figure the best way to do that is the ebokks that are offered here. what I would like you the vets and the mods, is to let me know what ebooks you suggest...

What else? The Bodybuilding Truth and Bottom Line Bodybuilding!

And Anthony's book "Beyond Steroids" is a must for the most up to date info on gear.

Other than that, stick around. Lots of vets here willing to help.

thanks Nelson Montana, I will look into them. I already have beyond steroids. which is the reason that I have decided to reeducate my self.

cannons. that was 2 1/2-3 years ago. I have never posted a hole lot, but when I would have question I would do alot of searches or I would email a few of the mods that I thought new what they were saying. Why?

just interesting to know

Each time you step into the gym, begin a cycle, or get up in the morning you can start fresh.

Live in the moment my friend. Not what happened 2 years ago or what you expect to be lifting, eating, looking like, etc in the next 2 years.

If yesterday didn't go right, then make damn sure today does. Worry about tomorrow when it comes.

It's never too late and I suspect that if you pick one of these guys that you believe in, and follow their advice, you will be good to go.

Good luck!

I didn't mean to come off like I was living in the past. I have no regrets. when I started I was 315 lbs at 5'6. and after 2 years in the gym I was 205 at 14% body fat. At no point do I think that is bad. My priorities changed, I began to focus on my job. I am now in a place were I can get back to the gym.I know things change and some things stay the same. before I found my self asking someone questions all the time and not knowing if the answers were right or wrong, because I just was not educated enough to know what was shit and what was real. so this time I decided to start off by educating my self so I can then ask intelagent questions(my spelling is not very good)... I am asking what ebooks to get because I don't need to buy all of them if a couple of them cover everything.I am 225lbs, I don't know my body fat, but it is not good(lol) although not as bad as it once was.

so if anyone can let me know what ebooks they liked and why I would be very gratefull...

I hate reading anything but articles. If you just use your search feature you should be able to find answers to any questions you have. There are a lot of good bro's on here that are willing to help.

LosT!!
