I INSANE 1 New member Mar 28, 2002 #4 definately protein and glutamine, they will only help. i have taken creatine on and off a cycle. i dont think it helped much while on.

H Hauge New member Mar 28, 2002 #6 Protein is a must while on AS. The glutamine will only help ya and the creatine well, dont bother.
