Hi to ALL !!!!!!! Now i've read many posts and now im not too sure , my weight is 180 lbs ,height 5ft 10 bf 16% 38 yrs... Iwant to get a more solid body with a lower bf.. Some say to loose bf before starting any juice? Many moons ago i done a 6 week hit of just SUS 250 WHICH GAVE ME THE TASTE .... With all the choice and really still a first timer which is the best way to go? with least bloat ? Time I have, not expecting an overnight fix!!!!!!
