So last night was chest, shoulders and bis. I could tell right away it was going to be a shitty workout. Anyway got the 5 minute warm up an a bike out of the way.. even this was a fukcin struggle. But you gotta do what you gotta do.
I just changed worout so the routine was new. You'd think a new routine would get you psyched.....but fuck no! This was like pullin teeth. It was a struggle just to get out even the first few reps. Every exercise I found myself thinkling how many exercises were left. I found it hard to get the motivation to even finish. As far as forced reps or negatives.... that was not going to happen, hell I barely FORCED out the # of reps I had planned out. No matter how hard I tried there was going to be no intensity to this workout.
Finally after what seemed like 3 days in the gym, I was done, abs were not gonna happen.
But in the end I know what the problem really was.........
NOBODY SHOULD TRAIN THEIR OWN WIFE!!!!!
