Acetiminophen in nyquil or tylenol can stress the liver, especially when its already under stress.

Thats why taking tylenol for a hangover is a bad idea too. (but not drinking enough to get the hangover is the BEST idea)

Tylenol is that bad? Wow. I had no idea. I know people who take tylenol before going to sleep, after a night of drinking, thinking that that will avoid a hangover for them.
