Hey bros, have finished cycles of Test about a month ago but have not inj. into the thigh in a long time(over 6 months). I have a bruise and a little swelling on the left thigh and it's almost like a bump. I have been lifting heavy dumbells and trying to swing them up onto my thigh and then work them from there up to my chest. I do it on both legs so why would one be worse and then other not have anything? The bruise just started forming today and it's a little more tender. Does anyone know what this means? Clot? just simple bruising from the lifting? Any responses would be appreciated, thanks!
