I agree if you mean Virginia/DC/Maryland. They have close competition from L.A. drivers, but the Capital area has the highest percentage of people that really should be forced to only ride bicycles.

There are people here on bicycles that get in accidents with cars! So the only solution should be they should take a cab. The cyclists take the 'share the road' a little too far.
