I second that. Being from Virginia, I have seen some really stupid accidents. Matter of fact, I saw one two hours ago while shopping. The dude turned out into oncoming traffic got nailed in the side and his tire flew off. Only had 3 tires after the accident.

I agree if you mean Virginia/DC/Maryland. They have close competition from L.A. drivers, but the Capital area has the highest percentage of people that really should be forced to only ride bicycles.
