I have been working out for about 9 years, I was never attached to any one workout. I tried many different routines but I mainly lifted very heavy and incorporated giant sets with negatives. My diet is pretty solid and will be increasing the cals for this cycle. I want something that is intense, but something new.
I am starting a new routine (AAS will run for 10 weeks) and wanted to know what you guys think is the best routine for quality muscles gains based on your experience. Just post what has worked for you.
