workout videos for starters

I could really see the change with my friend’s physique. He goes to the gym regularly and I think it’s doing him good. I think I need that also but I just don’t have the time to go to the gym regularly.

I do have time to do it at home though.

First of all, you have to create an exercise schedule so that you can make it a part of your daily routine. It really depends on how frequently you want to do your workout routines. You gotta have the discipline to follow through with your plans to achieve your goal.[FONT=&quot]I find videos from Workouts on Demand suitable for me.
