????workout the day before my contest???

The day before the show, do a light total body workout, higher reps, about 2 sets per bodypart,

This will help you fill out when you're carbing up. Don't go overboard with the pump though as you'll burn up glycogen, and look flatter
 
hey bro you want to rest the day before the show. your body is tired and you need all the energy you can muster when on that stage.did you carb deplete? go keto then carb up?
 
Go take a nap; if your not ready now one more workout isn't gona help; if it was me I would be loading back up with carbs and insulin day before, but thats me...
 
I would have stopped working out wednesday and stopped cardio Thursday. Rest all you can. If you carb depleted the rest will allow all the carbs to fill you out without a flat look.
 
Save your energy for the show. Posing will drain all the energy out of you. Also, you should be depleting your water by then, if you do any type of physical activity, you may flaten out. Rest and carb up slowly.
 
You should not have worked out past Wednesday.
Your last leg day should have been 5or 6 days ago.
Rest, stay off your legs, deplete water and stay calm.
NO posing not until you are back stage and getting ready to go show them your shit.
Now go win your weight class.
