i have a problem with figuring out the best workout exercises: the school football program suggests the best method to getting big is using a 3 day split workout (mon-wed-fri), but i read elsewhere, and other sources say that 3 day splits put too much hassle on the muscle and your muscles wont get the recovery it needs, where working out a certain muscle everyday for the week and gettin a day off is better, but then i hear lettin a certain muscle rest for one week is too much recovery, and will shrink instead of grow. Can anyone help out what would be a good ideal workout schedule?
