Hey..
i just want to ask a question from all of you how much time do you spend while working out.??

1 hour of focused, hard core training with timed breaks in between sets of 45 seconds is good if your consistent.
 
1 hour & 15min give or take. With 1-2min rests in between sets. ATP takes 1 full minute to recover by 50%, so by waiting AT LEAST 1 min between sets, your muscle's are ready to crank out another 10(or whatever) reps for the next set.
