hey guys i've been doing DC's routine for some time now and have got pretty good gains but now that i don't have a spot any more it is pretty hard to lift at the intensity that i used to...anyways i was considering switching up my routine and i've read over the 5x5 and HST. any suggestions btw i am 20 years old at about 6'0" 200lbs im also pretty lean. what i want to do is put on real lean mass...thanks for all the help
