fuck...had a long thing typed out and then my internet fucked up and it didnt post


is it too much to have 4 sets of barbell curls and 4 sets of dumbell curls

and 4 sets of closegrip bench(might change to skullcrushers) and 4 sets tricep rope pushdown

or is that good for an arm day, or should i change about it?

ALSO-next question-

for my military press for shoulders, should i have that on the same day as my chest which has incline bench(which i guess also hits shoulders) or should i keep that on my arm day
 
Hey, im just wondering if its ok for me to be benching 85kilo n i just turned 17?

i heard that you should work out one section of your body every session and leaving a five day break after each to repair your muscles but i also heard that you can work every main muscle in your body in one session and leave a day break between workout( this is wat i currantly do)

would i be able to get some advise on what is a best for someone my age to do and what would build my muscles faster?

help will be much appreciated :)
 
I like to hit inclines with shoulders. I do inclines first though. Then I like to seperate arms on thier own day. Starting with my weak bodypart (triceps). Id do 12 sets for biceps and 12 for triceps, thats always worked best for me.
