is it too much to have 4 sets of barbell curls and 4 sets of dumbell curls
and 4 sets of closegrip bench(might change to skullcrushers) and 4 sets tricep rope pushdown
or is that good for an arm day, or should i change about it?
ALSO-next question-
for my military press for shoulders, should i have that on the same day as my chest which has incline bench(which i guess also hits shoulders) or should i keep that on my arm day
