Workout Problem

I'm planning to do a 12wk power lift program, which is done on the computer. The gist of it is that you do some 1 rep max's (ex. bench, cleans, squats) and then the computer calculates exactly what weights to use for each exercise everyday. and hopefully by the end of the program you should be doing over 5x your 1 rep max's from the beginning.

Now, heres where i believe a problem will rise. I plan on taking testosterone enanthate 400mg/wk for my first cycle, but appearantly testosterone enanthate takes about 5 weeks to kick in for some users. Therefore, once it kicks in during my 12wk program, i will be able to lift way more than what the program is telling me. SO... my question is could i take the TEST roughly 3 weeks before i calculate my one rep max's and maybe extend the intake of test to 11 or 12 wks to last me my program or just carry on throughout my program.

thanks.

oh and heres my cycle...

1-10/12 wk Test E 400mg/wk
and for the last 8 weeks of program run some Winnie at 50mg ED
i was also thinking that maybe taking dbol 2 weeks before i calculate everything will help kickstart my gains. however, first cycle and 3 compounds seems a little risky. Any thoughts?

testosterone enanthate 10-12 weeks @ 500MG a week is a great first cycle bro!!!!!

more than enough imo as long as your diet and training are spot on..

not sure about this comouter training program tho..

If that computer spreadsheet your talkiing about is the 5*5 it shouldnt matter. When I felt I could add more weight one week I did then manually adjusted the next weeks. For example the first time I did the 5*5 for the first 6 weeks I was adding 15 lbs to my deadlift and then 10lbs for a few weeks, and then was adding 5 for a week. I just adjusted as I went.

Good advice above, i've recently kicked that idea that i HAVE to do 4x6 of this that and that. If im tired from x amount of exercises then i drop it where i am and ive been making great gains. Good old dbol has put a 1/4" on my arms in about 3 weeks and its pretty lean looking.

Computer training is horseshit. A gimmick. Too many variables. lioneda is right.

And using a one rep max as a gauge for anything is asinine IMO. 1 rep max's are the best way to injure yourself.

Personally, I think 12 weeks for a first cycle is way too long. Cut it in half.

yea bro when on gear just lift what you feel you can. by limiting yourself to what the computer says, you could be missing out on some great strength and size gains.

500mg of test for 10wks is PLENTY for a first cycle. Regarding the computer program, listen to your body instead.

Working up to 1rms and increasing weight by 10lbs each week is the only way to be bigger AND stronger. Lift smart and correct and you won't get injured.

Yeah make sure you dont go up in weights to quickly, as much as you want to hold back because you will regret it.
