Hey everyone.
I am 24 and I am new here. I was wondering if I could ask for your advise and find out what workout plans people are using and if there is a best workout plan.
Currently I do running on treadmill for 15mins, rowing for 15 mins everyday with 10 mins for weight.
I would like to lose some weight and build muscle so was wondering whats the best workout plan and what plans people use to bodybuild.
