WORKOUT PLAN FOR 15 yr old

i was wondering if you oculd tell me a good workout plan for a 15 yr old who is 190 and 6 foot i am trying to lose weight first is it better to cardio every day or split it up i really need some help im going to fix my diet and now i need a good plan i have about 1 month to get into it pplease help
 
well when i was 12 and fat, i lifted and didnt do much cardio..still lost fat and looked better..dont remember what my program was, it was something out of 'working out with weights' (some book)
by the way, im almost 15, end of this month..
 
not saying im not fat or anything :) , but i was thinner after i started lifting
 
I was fat when I was 12 too, now im 16. didnt do anything and the fat just came off by itself (higher test production probably) and now im this super strong mother fucker without even working out, just eating alot of meat... chicken, very lean red meat, and SHRIMP mmm. dont get me wrong you should definatly workout I just get it very easily (im irish)
 
another question... is it the first time to hit the iron? have you workout before? if so... for how long?
