Workout Induced Euphoria

So last Friday on the treadmill, then again yesterday lifting in the gym, I got to a point in my workout where I just felt like I could go on forever. I also felt rushes of different emotions all at once. So I pushed it really hard (in both cases) to increase the effectiveness of my workout.

The next day I feel pretty beat up and in the case of the treadmill workout, a little nauseous.

Is this anything I should be worried about? Should I continue to take advantage of the feeling when it happens or is it a warning sign that I'm not heeding?

so when you were jerking off for gheys on cam. how much were you making??

Interesting place to bring that up...

I never did it personally, but my tranny girlfriend grossed 14K doing it part-time one year. I know because I did her taxes for her.

I get like that all the time. I'm a hyper-active person and anything thats fast pace or intense brings me a rush. Sounds strange but I love the feeling. My need for thrills by pushing my body could lable me as a physical junkie.(close people have told me)

This is new to me but I've been pushing really hard in my workouts since New Years.

I am liking the rush but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't on track to end up in the ER.

you ON anything now bro? or straight up natty with no workout supps, lipoflame, or anything?

350mg/wk of test-e and 250mg/wk of tren-e.

And tren gives me aweful mood swings which is why the dosage is so low.

Basically sounds like Runner's high. I usually get that when I run over 4-5 miles. Feels good. I never felt bad the next day.

If you are, then you probably are pushing it to much. Ride the feeling but don't go on forever.

It's probably endorphin-induced euphoria. Mild forms of it give you a second-win and stronger forms of it give you that go-on-forever feeling.

While it's easy to get addicted to these highs, as long as you aren't doing physical damage to yourself it shouldn't be a problem. Just don't overtrain anything simply to get your buzz. I get a similar effect in the gym so I separate my body parts distinctly on a 5-day rotation.

I just love working out. Everyday, I look forward to it and if I don't exercise, I beome anxious. Not uncommon for me to be doing somekind of exercise 7 times a week. I've always been this way, since I was young. Overtraining perhaps, but I always function at hign levels and my mood is greatly enhanced. My doctors said, my insomnia is connected to the stress I put on my body, through physical activity. You are a different situation then me, seeing that I've always been like this. You are just feeling this for the 1st time.

That actually looks like a badass game. Can I download it onto my PC? I've been out of the game for far to long to know where to even start bro.

You can probably get it at Best Buy...they released the gold edition years ago but its a classic so you can probably find it somewhere. You can probably get it from a warez site as well. The "Total War" series of games are pretty solid, good historical research and solid game play. Medieval Total war II is also very good...

I got needto addicted to the game. :)
