I am currently working out Mon-Fri with the weekends off. Does anyone workout 7 days a week when on a cycle or do you just keep it the same and up your protein and cals. How much longer and intense are your workouts when ON as opposed to natural. :rainbow: :rainbow: :rainbow:

the guys on here usually recommend one muscle group every 7-8 days.. so lets say tris, bis, chest mon then next mond same thing.. u can overwork on gear and overtrain... ur diet will be the determining factor on wut u gain.. gear will just help u once u reach ur nat limit ...it will help u push through and build more muscle .. but u have to have a good diet... i hope u have ur diet in check and have reached ur nat limit before u stick urself

When you say lift like a power lifter do you mean heavy sets for say 3-4 reps and why cant you do that while ON. Will you rip your bicep off your arm?

dont lift
less then 6-8 reps

preferably 10-15 reps

when taking test it will actually make some kind of collagen tendon weaker.. and therefore ur bone mass and muscularity will build.. but ur tedons will weakin and when doin something heavy u are more prone to tearing a tendon or muscle.. on the other hand there are some AAS that actually strenthen collagen tendons or however u spellv that

Diet is in check. I dont know if I reached my limit but Im sure Im pretty damn close. Im 25 years old and just recently gained 22 lbs of lean mass from healthy diet and hard work in the gym. My dad weighed a buck twenty five dripping wet when he was my age. Me training Im up to 204lbs with low bodyfat. Im sure if I ate 10 chicken breasts a day with shakes in between I could gain more but my honest opinion Im ready so Im going to go for it.

Explain more. If going for mass why not?

for me less than 6 reps taxes me for other sets and exersises

I am a bodybuilder not a powerlifter

10-15 reps is pleanty to build mass

Would X reps be good. X reps are 6-8 reps then 4 partial reps performed slowly to put greater tension on the muscle for a longer period of time.

Understand. I am kinda going for a BB and PL. Lots of mass with some definition and about 6-8 reps seems to work for me. Everyone is different.
