When doing a 6 or 7 day split and working one muscle group a day.
i.e. mon- quads calves
tue- chest
wed- back
thur- hams, glutes, calves
fri- shoulders, traps
sat- arms
sun- off
* sets of 8-15 reps to failure
Anyone who lifts in a similar fashion,how long would u spend on each of these workouts,(off season training that focuses on massing)?
* if i knew how to makes this a poll thats what i would of done, very curious if im spending too much time.
