Okay being that my schedule now is very hectic. I only have limited time in the gym.
Mondays- I can go at night and have alot of time
Tuesday- I can go before work but only have about an hour at most
Wed- Same as Monday
Thursday- Same as Tues
Fri-Sun is basically almost always out of the picture.
Can you guys formulate a good workout schedule with these 4 days and times?
In the morning is rough for me to life heavy so I try to do it on my night time days
