Workout Dillema

Okay being that my schedule now is very hectic. I only have limited time in the gym.

Mondays- I can go at night and have alot of time
Tuesday- I can go before work but only have about an hour at most
Wed- Same as Monday
Thursday- Same as Tues

Fri-Sun is basically almost always out of the picture.

Can you guys formulate a good workout schedule with these 4 days and times?

In the morning is rough for me to life heavy so I try to do it on my night time days
 
Monday: Chest, Triceps
Tuesday: Shoulders
Wednesday: Back, Biceps
Thursday: Quads

Personally I wouldn't recommend working out four days in a row, but it's about the best you can do with your schedule.None of these workouts should last more than an hour.

Thats not bad but doing legs in the morning on Thursday is rough
