hello ladies,
My girlfriend and I just started getting back in the gym and I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions for a good diet for her. currently our workout looks like this.
Mon-Chest and tri's
Tue-Back and Bi's
Wed-Off
Thur-Legs
Fri-Shoulders
Cardio on mon-wed-fri (morning on empty stomach)
15min. on bike after every workout
I think she might be alright with the workout but I need suggestions on her diet. She is 5'8" 145-150 she holds a lot of muscle. She wants to basically sculpt and define. Thanks for anybody willing to help!!
