workout advice on cycle?

The Low Down;

21 6'3 197 lifting hard for a few yrs, athlete since was vry young

The Cycle(1st)

500mg sustanon/ week
100 mg primo/week
liquidex

then chlomid at end

I am in a very competitve college so it is hard to make time to eat constantly and workout but i think i am managing OK

I workout usually 5-6 times a week. 1hr 30minutes each time

I have always been doing one body part per week.
sat-legs/abs
sunday-chest/abs
monday-back
tues- bis/tris
wed-break
thurs-shoulders/abs
friday-legs(repeat schedule)

I feel as though I need to work each muscle more often to take full advantage of the juice. When i do shoulders, i work shoulders for an hour /hour 15 straight doing many diff excerises
usually around 6-8 reps. also because i played baseball my right side is so much bigger than my left.. i havent been able to get it anywhere close to even yet after 2yrs!

do you guys thing i should change this up and do a few parts in one day but obviously less exercises of each part? any ideas/suggestions/schedules to make this cycle help me gain most possible would be great

One body part per week is sufficient. You should however work out harder and heavier than while off cycle. ie. more sets and heavier weight every time. I know its hard to resist working out every day, but even while on your body needs time to recover. Be careful. If you overtrain, you'll only be counterproductive.

As far as one side being bigger than the other, try to use free weights as much as possible so that your stronger side doesn't cheat your weaker side. I had the same problem, so I started using free weights, like dumbells for benchpress instead of the bar.
 
1.5 hours is WAY too long..

the body starts to break down muscle tissue after about 40 minutes.stick with short and expolsive workouts!
 
thanks guys,
any suggestions on the best way to even out, do more reps or sets on the smaller side? i know everyone is a little stronger on one side, but for me its such a big difference, v noticeable(from bball)
 
Bro, what are you expecting from the 100mg of primo weekly?
Try lifting 4 days a week.
2 days upper and 2 days lower
Maybe a couple of days in there just dedicated to abs.
 
With those stats and juice being used, I would say you have to be overtraining, and not eating enough. That is a terrible workout schedule. And at 6'3 197, you shouldn't even be touching gear.

Drop the gear, and learn how to eat and lift weights. After a few years of paying your dues, then maybe consider doing a cycle.
 
And I forgot to mention, come over to the training board. Read the sticky on top. It also wouldn't hurt you to hang out there for a bit. You will learn just how important proper training and nutrition are. :)
 
first of all, 6'3 197 is not a fine weight. i do not think i am thin by any means but i would like to bulk thats y i just started a cycle. I have been lifting intensly for abt 3 yrs, played sports hardcore many yrs before that.
You said that is a terrible schedule working out one body part a week? That is all ive been reading about doing.

Also to comment on my eating patterns when you have no idea what I eat. I eat at least 4000 calories a day all protein and healthy carbs no sugar etc/ and as far as having bad technique, the first 6 mos i start lifting heavy i had a trainer so i think i have technique down

the problems i have although are: an insane metabolism, height, une, unevenness because of bball, and just wanting to be sure im going to get the most out of the gear as possible
 
I'd say....

100mg primo a week? Why bother? All that will do is waste money. Hit each bodypart 1x a week and get in and out of the gym in an hour.
