working your abs...

hey,

I have always had a full 6 pack, but have never worked my abs in my life, I think now I would actually like to start developing my abs tho and am looking for some tips.

I have a great stomach compared to msot people, but what I have decided I'm after is the really ripped stomach like the bodybuilders of yester year. Just looking for some helpful tips I guess.

Why dont you concentrate on your entire body instead of just having great abs.

Stomach/abs is 90% diet related

There is definetly a development component to having great abs, and if there already showing then you should work on this.

Rockers
Slide outs
Ab wheel work

Are the best tools for ab development imo
