Working out while sick ok ??

Just picked up a nice little head cold over the holiday weekend, stuffy nose, ears plugged up, nothing too major, but feel a little down. I did work out yesterday and afterward felt better, but the mornings for me with a cold are the worst, right now can't breath clearly,etc...

Any opinions on working out while sick ?? Or just do like 4sets instead of 5 of each exercise and go easy ??

~Please No Cardio of any kind
~No legs
~dont do arms

_you can do chest, and back and thats about it.
doing those is enugh to "preserves things"

If you do legs, cardio, or to long of a workout it creates a systemic stress that can compromise your immune system.

its best to let it pass
