Ok I might get hell for this but I have no real want to "get big". I do love to work out though. Is there anyone out there that has a lean model body. If so what style of work outs do you do. The 5X5 is great but I get big bulky muscles even when i have a good deit. I would like to know the heigh and weight of lean muscle guys too. I am 5'9'' 180 some times 190 and about 12-15% fat( you know sixpack some days some days not). And if i am being crazy because all those guys are way taller just tell me to shut up and keep lifting. Thanks for the help.
