Working out at home with steriods = Waste of time?

It would depend upon how good your home gym is. I have friends that have spent $5k+ on their home gyms and they have everything I would need.

Most of the guys I know who lift at home avoid training legs since they don't have a squat rack, leg press etc. Juicing an not working legs is a waste of time IMO.

BS!! BS!! BS!! Bro I train at home and It works for me!! It just depends on how motivated you are and also if you have the right equipment??? I have a good setup so I can do almots any exercize that I need to do!! But if you are talking about working out at home with a small bench and concrete weights then I agree!!! :)

I worked out at home up until a month ago. All I have is a power rack equip w/cables, a bench, weights, a straight bar and a pair of barbells. If you are disciplined enough there is no reason why you couldn't make mad gains at home. I went from 170lbs to 220lbs working out in my garage. I will tell you that when I joined Golds last month it jump started my training.......I don't know why, maybe the change in atmosphere but I have a whole new addiction now. By the way my wife bought the set up for me and spent less than $1000 3 years ago and it is a quality set up. If you shop around you can get good quality equipment and not spend your left nut on it.

I saw thee most bad ass home gym at the Fitness Warehouse a while back. It had everything and I do mean everything and it was gym quality. It was a bit on the salty side of 10K. You wouldn't need a damn thing else but a stack of dumbbells. Badass...

No
You can get big as a house If you have the right equip.
but it sure helps to have a partner to push you!

Hay just look at that Bowflex guy...HA HA

When I first started out juicing and lifting I did it at home. All I had was an adjustable bench, dumbells and a curl bar. I put on a good 20+ solid pounds in less than a 7 or 8 months. Then I guess my muscle got used to the limited different exercises and I had to join a gym.
