Who here is in a highly demanding job, working long hours (50, 60+ hours a week,) and still finds time for the sport of bodybuilding?

The way my schedule works I work a 60 hour week every other week. I leave work at 6PM get home and eat with the family, then off to the gym which is 30 minutes away. Really sucks since I have a youngster at home. I try to make up for it on my days off. This year I finally broke down and bought a bench and some dumbells for the basement. So I can skip 2 days at the gym if I'm running low on family time.

Here also, worst when I get rotation of working hours......fucks up your internal clock pretty bad, so it's hard some times to go to the gym......

i work construction 10 hours a day, sometimes 12, and strill hit the gym. shit it gives me something to look foward to all day.

I work between 45-55 hours as a restaurant general manager. I have a 4 week old boy too and a new wife. I still hit the gym for an hour and a half every day of the week except Sunday.

My home gym is a life saver when working long hours. A good power cage with around 600 lbs of olympic plates, a good adjustable bench and adjustable dumbells going up to 120lbs makes for a great start. If you need some cardio then skip rope, it's a great workout in a short period of time.

Yep 10 to 12hrs a day is the norm for me . Plus I work away from home for 8 days at a time and live in motels. Try getting a fucking decent meal on the road, it sucks .

i go to school for about 7 hours a day.

and do 5 hours of homework in 30 minutes to an hour...get most of my sleep in during class

thats how i get by

Dude, man

What are you on? Hook a bro up, man. Who's your source? Is he domestic or overseas? I hear about lots of "busts" happening and stuff, they talk about that kinda stuff over at the "other board".

PM me your source dude

You're right, dude. We shouldn't talk about that here and stuff or we'll get band. I don't think EF allows source posting, or maybe it was that other board? I dunno.

Dude, you know I'm good for it, I'm new to the "game", but they keep locking all my posts asking for sources on the "other board", WTF I'm not a narc!

i cant wait until I move out of my house, and get my own place, where I can set something like this up.

My mom is currently against me buying anything which takes up space in the house.
