What is the routine for working face muscles and what are the results? I figure the muscles really have growth potential on juice and was wondering if this is a good anti-aging technique or what. Thanks.
Mine: Clench jaw muscles when squeezing out a rep. Thats it. Lol actually my jaw muscles are strangely much stronger than the average person. I can bite a plastic mechanical bic pencil in half with one bite, pretty easily. Muhahah.
