working arms ?

i really just want to get my traps and my arms bigger during this cycle so everything is better proportioned(?) i was wondering if it would be better to work those specific body parts an extra day while on and if this will help or be a waste of time? thanks for the help.
 
As long as there it a resting period between working them then that will be fine. Over training seems to be the biggest problem people have around here.
 
I'd say that it depends on how you respond to training arms twice each week. For me, I think it'd be too much since my arms lagged at 10 sets once a week. I have the same prob as you. Just be sure that you can go as intense as possible on arm day. My bi's are often sore after back day so I have to wait a few days before htiing 'em again. I've been doing arms 2 days after back and I think next week I'm going to flip around my routing to make arms 3 days after back. Hoping for bi strenght to go up faster then. Hope that helped some.
