How high up on the ladder are you? How are you treated at work? How do you think people feel about you? Do you think you get as much respect as you should or do you get more?

I'm a Grad Assistant @ Hofstra. I do what the college tells me to do because I have my tuition paid for. Which is $500 a credit I may add. I am in the middle of the ladder. People either Love me or Hate me out of jealousy. It has always been that way. I am respected well but there are always people who try and act like they don't. I guarentee if I had them outside the office I would make them respect me. lol
