work out question

how do you work out 2 body parts a day do you do chest and then tris or chest.tris,chest tris ??
and do you do for ex. bench x(sets) than inclined x (sets) or bench than inclined than declined than bench than inclined exc.??
 
You want to always start with larger muscle groups (chest, back, upper legs), followed by smaller (bis, tris, calves, delts, etc.).

As for sets, larger muscle groups ge more; 8-14 depending on your workout. Smaller groups get fewer; 4-8 sets each.
 
Yes Chest before triceps Always! If not youll lose significant strength doing chest exercises with your triceps already burnt out.I train my arms on a seperate day together. Also I train my chest over 2 days. One day to focus on flat benching and another for incline bench. As for sets and reps, everyone's different. I do alot of sets. It may not be best for everyone. Experiment and see what works for you. Just make sure your not doing too little. In my opinion over training is alot of bullshit and is almost impossible. Make sure you train hard enough. =)
