I just had to share this w/ SOMEBODY!! Got measured today, and though I didn't lose any weight, I'm down another 2 inches in a week!! YEAH BABY!

Since June I've only lost a total of 10 pounds, BUT... 18.25 inches!!!! Talk about crazy, eh?!!!!

Niccce! It really is the best feeling!

I've been dropping weight like crazy lately. Unintentionally. I decided this morning that was God's way of saying "You should eat at least half a box of thin mints". lol

I recently cut out all my cardio and added in bikram yoga. My weight flew down in a month. Now I'm upping my cals to make up for it....though I'm not sure thin mints will be my normal meal of choice. lol
