MD is ok. They have similar police state issues like NY. (It's funny how Democrat states CA , NY , MD, NJ are quicker to turn their state into a police state then republican ones ) Baltimore has the murder rate to warrant more aggressive policing, not sure why that's true in other parts of the state... Police state issues in Dem states makes perfect sense. Those states like to limit individual freedom.
