Wondering if this is legit

Hey I was wondering if it would still be legit if I got a clear vial with no actual brands name on the label, its just a semi transparent strip thats sticky stuck to the middle of the vial.. It has a red flip-off cap on it, and the liquid inside appears a light golden color and looks slightly thick, but sort of watery too in a way.. This is my first time seeing any thing like this, so I was wondering if from my description someone here could tell me if its possible to get stuff like this or not. The transparent strip reads:

Testosterone Enanthate 250 mg/ml
Intramuscular Injection only
Lot #3168 EXP. 4/2010

also it appears to be unopened since it was packaged but came in no box.
