the real issue is the men...

in a training scenario (sorry, combat was not available at the time) they mixed 1 woman into each of our fire teams..

while engaged and flanking the girl went down due to an injury (again my fault for expecting her to be able to perform at the same level as the men i had been training with for 3 months) I halted the team in open cover...

end result.. we all died..

yep, my fault for sure.. when the woman is captured...

how many men will die attempting to recover her?? the same as would for a fellow grunt?? maybe.. maybe more..
