"withheld adjudication" is that considered a conviction or being found guilty? This is for the state of Florida.

The way that works is if you dont get into trouble for a year or however long the term of deferment is....the charge will be taken off your record etc.

Thanks that is what I found out. As long as I completed my diversion program without any hiccups, the charges were gonna be dropped, which they were. Thanks again
