did you read the article? It was a problem with painkillers, and she was on subaxone but was weaning herself off that to. Sounds like she had it licked bro.

Someone with a history of addiction commits an illegal act of using a CONTROLLED prescription substance such as suboxone that was someone else's not even hers, she says "oh no don't worry, I got this" yeah fucking right, few people have the cognitive ability to stop taking drugs out of sheer will power with no therapy, substance abuse treatment, medication or follow up of any kind... She states this is her first pregnancy but for all we know she may have a history of miscarriages due to substance consumption, she may have a history with DCF of putting other children in her care (family, paramour, etc) in danger due to her substance consumption, or maybe not but would you risk a baby?
Don't get me wrong the whole thing is awful and reprimandable.

they ganked her after she declined to take more suboxone, cause she had weaned herself off of it. It makes no fucking sense. If they actually detected large doses of controlled substances in her tests, maybe this fly's...but they didn't. The told her to get a script for sub which she declined cause it had obviously accomplished what you take it for in the first place.
Well she actually had NOT weaned herself off, that's where the problem stems from, she is at the Dr. office showing a positive for suboxone when she doesnt even have a prescription for it, which causes 3 problems A. it's criminal activity B. she has no more to take since she has no prescription and C. it's a powerful addictive substance that she has no substitute for at the time and it will more than likely send her on the hunt for more yet she refuses to take any because she's counting on her will power to be enough to help her, yet that very same will power was what led her to illegally obtain the suboxone....
