Winstrol problem

Hey guys so my bottle of winstrol has all that white stuff stuck to the side of the vial. Ive tried shaking it hard enough to where my penis was jealous. I was wondering if anyone had a technique to getting it loose in the bottle

if im not mistaken by what i just read, it must have crystallized on the sides... what u can try is wrapping it in a hot heat pad and warming the bottle so it goes back into a liquid form. or running it under hot water for a bit. i personally have never done it, its just what i have read a while ago.
